03 October 08: Lunch my good friends John and his daughter-in-law Rachel. I had met John and Lois just last week.
The Trans Am provides a respectable back drop to our flags. After all, Trans Am is short for Trans America.
Indeed many look up to this machine.
But Rachel looks into the Firebird. She and mother-in-law Lois provide extraordinary care for John
as he wages an aggressive war against a brain tumor. Their support is both commendable and essential.
A more conventional view of the car that takes me back to the day, loaded with memories,
and now with another one from today. I'll see John again very soon, and I hope to snap a few pics of him!
